PajamaCity No Hassle Return Policy

Everything we sell is returnable! And you have 90 DAYS to return for refund or exchange (we do not refund the cost for shipping).
No restocking fees!!! No hidden charges. All you pay is the return shipping costs.
VERY EASY STEPS:

Items must be returned in new, unworn condition.

Pick one of the following methods -

SWAP:
Send it back with a note in it telling us: your order number, your contact information, the new item number and size, and where you'd like it shipped. We'll re-ship immediately.

BUY NEW & SEND BACK THE OLD:
Order a new one from our site and then send the first one back (to get a refund).

REFUND:
Don't want it? Send it back with a note saying you'd like a refund, and let us know why you're returning the item(s). We'll refund your purchase price (we do not refund the cost of shipping).

REMEMBER TO INSURE THE RETURN PACKAGE.
Until it reaches us - you are responsible for it. When it arrives we will refund your purchase price minus the original cost of shipping.

If you ask us to ship a second item - remember: our system will charge your card for any outgoing item(s) and we will charge you shipping each time we send you merchandise.

If you return the merchandise for any reason within 90 days in resaleable condition your purchase price will be refunded. You are responsible for the return shipping and insuring of the package.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Any garment that has been worn, used or altered.

  • Any garment with a costume hat that has been ordered in the two week period BEFORE Halloween and returned AFTER Halloween.

We stand behind our products and if there's any kind of defect (that shows up within 6 months of purchase of an item that you have used) we will pay for the repair.

If any item is defective or has been sent to you in error, please let us know immediately.

NOTE:
THIS RARELY HAPPENS - BUT IF YOUR RETURN TAKES LONGER THAN 30 DAYS TO GET BACK HERE, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW US TO REFUND YOUR CARD AND WE WILL HAVE TO GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT (sorry! we'll try, but this is something we don't control!)
. This is really very rare, but when it does happen it's usually at some point between 60-90 days after the transaction.
