You have 90 DAYS to return for a refund (sorry – PayPal only allows us 60 days).

All items must be returned in new condition.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND:

  1. Send your return back to us for a refund.
  2. That’s it!

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

  1. Place a new order (online or call 410-990-0005).
  2. Send your return back to us for a refund.
  3. That’s it!

HOW TO SEND YOUR STUFF BACK:

  1. COMPLETE THE RETURN PORTION OF YOUR PACKING SLIP
    No packing slip? No problem! Just include a note with your order number, reason for return, name, phone number, and email address.
  2. MAIL IT
    Use a trackable, insured method.

You are responsible for the package until it reaches our address. Returns are usually processed within 2 business days after they’re received by the warehouse. We will refund the purchase price (minus the original cost of shipping) to your original payment method. Your financial institution should credit your account within 3-5 business days. If your return is received more than 90 days past the date of purchase (60 days for PayPal), it is unlikely that we will be able to issue a refund to your original payment method. We will try, but this is something we cannot control. If we cannot process your refund that arrives after 90 days (60 days for PayPal), we will issue store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: The following items cannot be returned!

We do not accept returns on:

  • Any garment that has been worn, used or altered.
  • Any costume (set or accessory) that has been ordered in the two week period BEFORE Halloween and returned AFTER Halloween.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased with a Pajama City gift card will be subject to our normal return policy. Any refund due will be credited back to the gift card.

Please understand, we are just like any other clothing store. We cannot accept worn, washed, or altered clothing back. If you return items that have been worn, washed, or altered, we will mark the box "return to sender" and send it back to you (yes, this happens at least once every two years!). If you return an item that has hair (from pets or people), it will be returned to you.

WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS:

If there's any kind of defect that shows up within 6 months we will pay for the repair. Just give us a call and we will be happy to explain the process. 410-990-0005.
