Expedited Shipping (UPS):
If you place your order before 1:00 PM Eastern Time your package will arrive on the day in the chart below. Please note that UPS holidays and inclement weather may delay the delivery of your order. We can only ship Expedited to physical addresses (no P.O. Boxes). Using a business address is best. We do not offer weekend delivery. If your order is placed after 1:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day. For example: If you place an order and select Next Day Air on Friday after 1:00 PM Eastern Time, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day (typically Monday), and delivered the following business day (typically Tuesday).

- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE DO THIS -
If your postal carrier does not leave a notice in your mailbox - and you don't ask at your post office - then your country will send your package back to us:

1. If your package is late: GO TO YOUR POST OFFICE AND ASK IF THEY ARE HOLDING A PACKAGE FOR YOU.
2. IN A FEW DAYS GO AGAIN. Almost all "lost" packages are just sitting at your post office and they did not leave a notice in your mailbox.
3. If you do not pick it up: after 3-8 weeks your country will send it back to us.
4. Then we will refund the cost of the items - not the shipping. We already paid to ship your order and your postal service sent it back to us.
5. You will need to go on our site and place another order.
6. Important: if the postal service in your country does not scan your package we cannot track it.

We are very sorry to have to say this - but we cannot control what the post office in your country does with the package we send you.

You are responsible for any customs duties charged by your home country. Any strange or unexpected fees charged by your country when the package arrives are your responsibility (this almost never happens but we feel it's only fair to warn you!).

NOTE: We trust that you provide us with a valid address and will accept your package in a timely manner after delivery. If an order gets returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will charge you to reship the item. If you do not wish for us to ship a second time, we will refund you the cost of the items, but not the original shipping cost. It is recommended that you provide us with a business address if possible.
